Being the Trainer for more than a decade, I strongly observed that most of the engineers have not been taught the subject with its application. Engineers know theory by not its application and when the time comes to solve a problem they cannot recollect / co-relate which concepts to be applied. Thus. they survive on ‘Software’. If one removes ‘software’ and ‘search engineer’ from their hand the engineer becomes handicapped. Also, they have a mis-conception of ‘software results are always right’ without knowing its limitations and background calculations

There are training courses available in Oil & Gas Industry but they emphasis either on software or the Trainer may not be a practicing engineer. Hence, there is a strong NEED of having platform where Industry Experts can guide the Undergraduate, Fresh and even experienced engineers. Not only teach them software but also hand calculations. Since these industry experts are very Busy in their schedule we have decided to go with ‘On line recorded training’ where engineers across the globe can be benefited.
