    Being the Trainer for more than a decade, I strongly observed that most of the engineers have not been taught the subject with its application. Engineers know theory by not its application and when the time comes to solve a problem they cannot recollect / co-relate which concepts to be applied. Thus. they survive on ‘Software’. If one removes ‘software’ and ‘search engineer’ from their hand the engineer becomes handicapped.
