Being the Trainer for more than a decade, I strongly observed that most of the engineers have not been taught the subject with its application. Engineers know theory by not its application and when the time comes to solve a problem they cannot recollect / co-relate which concepts to be applied. Thus. they survive on ‘Software’. If one removes ‘software’ and ‘search engineer’ from their hand the engineer becomes handicapped. Also, they have a mis-conception of ‘software results are always right’ without knowing its limitations and background calculations

Hence, there is a strong NEED of having platform where Industry Experts can guide the Undergraduate, Fresh and even experienced engineers. Not only teach them software but also hand calculations.
